This is my second HL65. Bought the first from the old site in 2021 for dog walking, camping (post lock down) and DIY. It has been bulletproof and is still going strong. Only issue is the USB charging cable snapped near the USB-A plug.

The current version seems identical. Very rugged construction,comfortable to wear (I don't bother with the top strap), smart settings, more than bright enough and I like the diffuser which makes it much more usable in real world situations. I thoroughly recommend it and it is cheaper now.

What I don't like is the plastic blister packaging which is bad for the environment and a complete git to get into. The instructions are still badly translated into English. No excuse with AI/LLM making this a 5 minute job. They are just about good enough to make it work, but they are long way from good. You have to self assemble it now. Not a big issue but more faff than I want for a product at this price point.
